Line heaters PP are designed for heating of both dehydrated crude-oil emulsions and viscous oils while transporting them by pipeline, as well as for heating of water used for different technological purposes.

The heater consists of the following main parts: a vessel, two coils, sleighs, two fire-boxes, two burner units, a platform and a ladder, two funnels.

It is supplied with the automation system that is designed for remote ignition control and automated fuel cut-off protection.

The heater can be produced in two variants, one working on either liquid or gas fuel and the other one working on composite fuel (petroleum, mazut, diesel oil, gas).
